Commercial Pilots Licence (CPL)
The Commercial Pilot Licence requires the passing of an examination,
as well as a minimum of 150 hours of aeronautical experience (200
hours if not involved in an approved Commercial Pilot Licence Syllabus).
During your training, you will travel to many different places. Your
CPL training can be made even more interesting and enjoyable by combining
your training with an 'around Australia trip'.
A Commercial Licence allows a pilot to be paid for flying. However
a basic commercial licence only allows a pilot to fly in daylight
and in fair weather. These limitations can be removed with some furter
training. The first job that a pilot gets generally will not be an
airlne job, it will be a charter or instructor job.
